Budgeting & Purchasing

All CEDE teams must submit a Preliminary Cost Estimate by December 11, 2015.  
The form can be found in Foliotek and should be submitted in the Presentation area under your team's eportfolio page.  Your team must complete this form even if you do not anticipate any expenses or your sponsor is paying for your materials.

The Preliminary Cost Estimate will contain all the expenditures and materials that CEDE will pay for during both semesters of Senior Capstone.    Your budget must be approved by your faculty advisor and Toni Boggan, Academic Director of CEDE.   We will notify you when your budget is reviewed and approved or needs to be resubmitted.
 
No purchases will be  approved until this document is on file and approved.  
 
If your team needs to purchase materials before the December 11 deadline, please submit your Preliminary Cost Estimate early.  

Once your Preliminary Cost Estimate is filed and approved, you may purchase materials that are in your budget.  
 
There are two methods of purchasing:  
1. Purchase materials yourself and submit a receipt to Toni Boggan for reimbursement.  This receipt must show the itemized things you purchased.  Reimbursement will take approximately two weeks and will be in the form of direct deposit if you have an account set up with Gonzaga or a check will be mailed to you. 
 2. Complete a Purchase Requisition and give it to Toni and we will ask purchasing to order your materials.
